MASTERMIND

I put You to my test;
Yes, I judge and scrutinize Jesus.
No, please don't get me wrong,
it isn't a bad thing or "sin" to examine everything.
Not even Your creator and His happenings.
"Test me in this,” says the Lord Almighty,"
says Malachi 3:10a.

So I did.

Why, the gift to think and consider,
is given from above to be used for above.

If we think that we're regular products of procreations,
If we're unaware that we are made of unrealistic phenomena,
If we've forgotten no knowledge and science yet found can explain our existence,
we forgot who created us.
We forgot what we were created for.

I scrutinize and learn about You, Jesus,
and all the things You do.
Forgive me, I've been a mean critic indeed;
I provide for You no bias or tolerance factor.
Back then I put You equal to all variables - life, knowledge, supernatural happenings;
My independent variable: existence.
My dependent variables: procreation, safety, natural instinct, supernatural happenings, knowledge, Jesus.
You were nothing but my dependent criteria.

Firstly I doubt,
but then I gained shocking understanding.

I put Your words to my realm and put everything else to test,
I put my life timeline on the table
and double-check, cross-examine it;
in the hope my faith will not be made of false hopes and formed of extraordinary events,
but the other way around.
And hopefully my life is of great contemplation,
that my experience of You stand firm in faith and understanding of the Scripture.

I put You to my test,
to find out
You were the mastermind of the project itself.

Dear Jesus

Dear Jesus,
You are a good shepperd.
Well I am no lamb, but You still are,
because a lamb is weak, and that's what I am,
I'm a wimp.
But you are kind, and you are always patient with me.
More than patient, actually.

Dear Jesus,
You're always the first person I turn into.
It's sad that I can only speak to You in prayers, sometimes prayers drive me crazy,
even statuses like these drive me crazy,
like who talks into air.
I know I do look like I'm talking into air.
It's weird making announcements like these,
cos I wanna tell You how good You are,
but You sit there nice and pretty,
like "Thanks, I know I am" hahaha.
Everyone else ought to know that You are, too.

Dear Jesus,
You know I hug people that I love.
It sucks to know that You can't give me a good hug right now, cos I'm in a mess,
well I know I can't hug a God.
But it's really good to know and feel myself
that You are a very good Father.

Dear Jesus,
Your omnipresence scares me sometimes.
You're always there.
Damn.
Like santa, when I'm good or bad.
But You never get upset at my frustrations.
You do know my limits.
Srsly, You know it too well,
and that's a good, and bad thing hahaha,
You like to push me into the very edges of it so I'll grow.
Thanks for it, though.

Dear Jesus,
You are reaaaaaally patient.
You never get mad whenever I speak to You.
Like, whenever.
I mean, w.h.e.n.e.v.e.r.
I'm such a horrible daughter.
I wake at midnights literally yelling at You.
I turn at afternoons to have a talk with You.
Noons,
Dawns,
Every frickin time of the day.
You listen to my prayers and I do feel it,
even when sometimes I swear, I cuss, I pour my emotions out at You.
I'm grateful You don't duct tape me straight away.
You listen to me anyway.
And really You do answer prayers.
I've learnt Your style by now,
You don't do instant stuff.
You want process.
So I'm learning to undergo all process You give me.

Dear Jesus,
You ain't needing no beauty sleep.
Whenever I wake at midnight,
I call to You,
and You're always there.
Dayum Jesus.
I bet You're strong af, and patient too watching me sleeping.

Dear Jesus,
What would I do without You.
People may call me crazy
for loving a spectre,
for having an absolute faith in a non-palpable, non-touchable being.
But people also do not undergo what I went through with You,
You've saved me too many times,
secured my ground too often,
You're too real for me to say that You are nonexistent.
You are there.
They just do not know the essence of being with You, yet.

Dear Jesus,
These years walking with You,
You're like fire.
You're really warm,
sometimes You burn the hell outta me.
But more often than not,
You really purify me.
You make me sincere.
Thanks for helping me in that.

Dear Jesus,
You're a humorist one.
Whenever I say "Thanks for Your help, but I think I can do it without You"
I can almost hear it in my ears
"Okay, goodluck to you."
And fck, I screw everytime.
I feel ashamed that I am stupid enough to completely trust myself.
I can't even drive straight and pretty.
Why would I trust myself to decide anything when My Creator is waiting for me to trust Him instead.

Dear Jesus,
You are my bestfriend.
You are the only one I trust,
and the only one I never mind bothering.
Thankyou for never changing,
and thank you for being there for me,
in my past,
in my present,
and for standing in my future already.

Fly

I will live long enough
and develop strength enough
and be fruitful enough
to be the real proof
that even the broken-winged birds can fly.

Now I Know

Now I know,

that through absence of love
You teach me how to love unconditionally.

In the time of war,
through absence of peace
You teach me to stay sovereign in the storm.

In the time of darkness,
through absence of sun
You teach me to appreciate small cracks of light in the darkest clouds.

In my time of weakness,
through absence of human power
You teach me to rely entirely on You.

In my hardest times,
In the moments I feel most powerless
The moments I feel most fragile
The moments I feel most alone
I know, Lord
that You are the most present.

You (Are My Muse)

You
You are special, my boo
You really are
In my life, there hasn't been anyone
quite like you

You make me feel
butterflies in my stomach
You fill me with your love,
like an empty cup
little by little made full
You make my mind work like a drug addict's
dopamine rushing through
making me can't have enough of you
It scares me sometimes
to fully try to understand
what you're doing to me
But a lover and protector you are,
oxytocine surges and calms me
everytime I put my arms around you

You are someone
my mind always ponders about
Your presence and company
never ceases to make you worth my while
You make me think of our days ahead together,
"Our" days ahead,
a tower I was always scared of building before
because I haven't had enough mortar
throughout all my life collecting;
Funnily, you
are the producer of the mortar itself (heehee).
Just kidding my dear
Truthfully said, you constantly give me substantial meaning to love you.

Please stay with me, love
I'll be whole being with no one else
because if you ask me
"Do you love me?"
I try to provide you real measurement, my dear
I can't grasp, touch, take love and show it you
But one thing I know
Everytime I look at my future,
You are already standing there.

You

You are my melody
Wherever I go, you're always around

You are my every lyric
to every single song that ever touches me
and changes me never the same

You are my beat
Beat to the song, beat to my heart

You are my voice
One of the reasons why I'm still capable of whole-heartedly singing.

You are
You are my everything

You are my muse {}

I am here to serve you.

Dear medical friends,
You will be a doctor.
I will be a doctor.
Soon,
sooner than we expect.
Time flies;
they will no longer call you by name.
You will be granted a calling of grace
A 'healer'.
"Hello doc."

Have we stopped to think
about what a 'healer' really means?
Do we know already
what a real healer does?

You may have realized
that to speak matter-of-factly,
we dedicate our service fully
not to the faith we believe in.

We give all our life's worth
to humanity,
to the well-being and peace of people
to recover souls and families
to heal the broken in spirit.

Doctors love all people, don't we?
We have to.
Have I?
Have you?
But how can we love other people
if we don't firstly love and embrace our own souls?
We make ourselves our enemy.
A colleague enemy.
We tend to make another our enemies.

But hold,
Whom is actually worth calling enemy?
That friend
who speaks behind your back
isn't your enemy.
That bartender
who got your order wrong on purpose
also isn't your enemy.
That stranger on the road
who incessantly honks at your car
isn't, too.

We sometimes forget
that there is a spectrum
of paradigm in our society
and we are created in diversity -
and we also forget
that there is no 'enemy'
except
those killing human rights,
and anyone in support of violence,
and those in favor
of suffering of the people.
Those 'enemies' need healing.

And that is where we come to help.
That is what pulls us apart
from other paramedics and health providers.
That is our job
to recover and restore
both the body and the soul,
both the transgressors and the transgressed.

To black and white,
to rich and poor,
to the educated and illiterate,
to religious and not,
to sane and troubled,
to the peaceful and broken.

I am Jesus' daughter
and therefore,
I will do likewise,
and I shall serve like Him.
Therefore it is to all nations
I dedicate my service to.

I will serve Him
in spirit and in truth
just so people will see
not from what I've done,
but from what they feel;
Through the healing they've received
and the joy they encounter,
people can really comprehend "blessing"
and they'll experience the feeling of "being blessed",
that heaven is really up there
and heaven is down here on earth, too.

I am here to serve You.
I am here to serve you.

Will you join me, too?

Concretely Abstract

Regarding all of my thoughts;
I have always been trying
to rationalize the irrational,
just to find out
not all things can be explained
concretely concrete.
Sometimes they could be
concretely abstract.
Just like love -
the little feeling
the little abstract emotion
that makes you do all things,
accept all things,
cover all things,
and love
is the only abstract thing
that is most concrete in this world.

A Letter to You

My dearest friend,
Are you a brave one?
Only brave people can fall in love.
Love and trust are attributes of the strong.
Because once you've given your all
and watch them burn to the ground
It will take everything inside you
to let anyone truly hold you again
in any given future.
It is humane,
it is meant to shape you.
But what is it to life
if you don't love;
and what is love
if you don't take risks;
and what are taking risks for
if you don't trust?

You will love and trust eventually,
but a person can't stand long
with only one feet holding on.
And if you ever one day
let yourself fall truly in love again;
Do always remember:
love comes with strength,
and strength will give you bravery,
and bravery will grow trust.
And with only pure love in your heart,
everything will be

I will love and trust you.

Surat Kepada Teman Muda

Surat Kepada Teman Muda

Hai teman muda,
Cepat sekali kutulis surat ini
Tak tahu untuk siapa harus kukirim
tapi kuharap kau mau melembarinya.

Hai teman muda,
Biarlah pikiran baikmu
menghasilkan perbuatan baik
dan buah tindak baikmu
membentuk karakter baik
sehingga membentuk hidupmu yang baik.

Tak tahukah engkau
Kaki dan sayap ia miliki?
Tetapi lama sayapnya tumbuh
Sabarlah menumbuhkannya, teman muda

Pupuklah dan temanilah
kebiasaan baikmu
biarkan ia tumbuh dan berkembang

Dan saat ia sudah siap
Ia akan terbang membawamu
ke tempat-tempat yang terindah,
yang tidak pernah kau duga
yang tak berani kau pikirkan
atau impikan sebelumnya.

Hai teman muda,
Pintar dan besar kau sekolah
Tapi jangan tertipu oleh pikiranmu
Sebab seberapa dalamkah pikiran manusia sendiri ia pahami?

Jangan bersandar pada pengertianmu sendiri.
Sebab pengertian muda menyesatkan
Dan hasrat jiwa yang muda sering membinasakan.

Hai teman muda,
Apa yang kau anggap berharga
saat beranjak dewasa
belum tentu benar ada nilainya.

Apa yang kau gagal pertahankan
dikala kuat ragamu
akan kau sesali kala tua nanti.

Apa yang kau tidak hargai
yang kau miliki hari ini
akan kau rindukan di kemudian hari.

Hai teman muda,
Jagalah kerajinanmu
Pertahankan kebaikanmu
Genggam erat kesetiaanmu

Hai teman muda,
janganlah jiwamu lekang oleh jaman 😊

A message to ladies

Dearest women and girl friends, please take a little time to read this lengthy passage.

Dearest women and girl friends, you should not develop a habit of drinking alcohol, and should not date or marry an alcoholic man. Here is why.

It came to my attention that many of us develop a habit of drinking, and I just read heartbreaking facts about how alcoholism and violence have been known to be correlated for so long in our world, but is still getting so little concern and prevention.

With all due respect to men and boys, I am talking to raise awareness of alcohol abuse & women violence & women sexual assaults.

I am saying this also to support #HeForShe campaign by UN Women which will proceed till the end of 2015. September 20th, 2015 was its first year anniversary.

Every 25th of every month is #OrangeDay to stop women and girls' violence and sexual abuse.

With all due respect to men and boys, women are more often the victims of sexual or violence acts compared to men, especially those attributed to alcoholism. Here are the statistics:

1. In 2013, 35% of women worldwide have experienced physical and/or sexual intimate partner violence. The number goes up to 70% in developing countries (UN Global Statistics)

2. Of all women killed in 2012, almost half were killed by intimate partners (husband/boyfriend/SO)/family members. (Family Medicine Org)

3. Women violence actors are >50% their own HUSBANDS, and 70% of them were UNDER ALCOHOL INFLUENCE during violent act. (Family Medicine Org)

4. A YOUNG ADULT who starts drinking from their teenage years have a much more considerable risk of being an alcohol abuser/addict in their adulthood. Due to faster brain maturity of women compared to men, the same start of drinking age implicates higher rates of addiction to men than women. (TIME Magazine & Alcoholism: Clinical and Experimental Research)

5. Women who drink / engage in risky drinking behavior have higher risk of experiencing violence. Women who are binge/heavy drinkers:
- 89% have reported experiencing interpersonal violence
- 70% have reported experiencing sexual assault.

6. In Indonesia, around 70% of all assaults experienced by women happens at HOME.

7. By province, here sits the order of housewives & women assault victim numbers:
1) Papua
2) Maluku
3) Yogyakarta
4) North Maluku
5) Bengkulu
6) Jambi
7) West Nusa Tenggara
8) Jakarta
9) Lampung
10) Banten
(UN National Outreach: The 2006 Survey of Violence against Women and Children in Indonesia)

I gather all these data because my heart breaks a little witnessing our world. I want to see our young generation restored.

There is only one goal from all these exhaustive campaign efforts: to protect and keep you safe.

There isn't a quick way to stop it, but to start from ourselves, and make the change from now.

"If not me (to stop), who? If not now (to begin), when?"

Dearest women and girl friends, you should not develop a habit of drinking alcohol, and should not date or marry an alcoholic man 😊

Good Doctor

Dearest friends, don't give up just yet.
Tomorrow is a new chance to do better.
Because there's just so much
to be a good doctor, isn't there?

I used to think certain qualities of me
that I've never seen before
will be born
during my journey to be a doctor.

But then I found out
actually some qualities
that I've embraced all my life
will have to die.

I thought my sacrifice
would be tears and time.
Turns out my sacrifice is my 'self'
The sacrifice is my expression as a free individual.

I feel like I'm only half living now.
Because dear,
it is the only thing that I know.

Dearest friends, don't give up just yet.
Tomorrow is a new chance to do better.
Because there's just so much
to be a good doctor, isn't there?

Wake Me Up - Ed Sheeran [cover]

Hi guys!

I've uploaded a new cover on my YouTube channel (Sheilla Khonada), it's a very minimalistic cover, with just simple piano chords arrangement, similar to the original song. I used the application GarageBand for this (no, I wasn't paid to promote GarageBand, I just love the features it offers). Go visit my channel to hear the full version, and also other songs! :D

For full version, here's to direct you to the original cover:

Plastic

I beg thee
do not force bend
a hard soul like me.

Dearest,
What are you made of?

There
were days
I watch many people
of a more softly core -
Plastic;
time-befriending, usage-changing,
mold-complying, quietly-listening,
coat-accepting, color-adjusting,
resilient.

Then there
were nights I watch
as myself unwind and unfold.

Do you, dearest, ever dare ask
whether you are wearing a mask?

Not able to answer,
then emerge my interrogative:
Who am I?

I intently listen
tick tock tick tock
many moons float by
all my senses are ears

I,
hey
hush
shush,
am you
the voice
inside thee.
Thou art alive,
why take worry
aren’t thou free?

I look quietly
“Plastic, maybe
but of what kind?”
but oh dear,
what lies inside me
is not like a plastic, I see.

I touch it
my fingertips bleed!
My good question arrives:
how do plastic stab fingers?

I knock at it
the sound echoes!
My wonder appears:
how do plastic reflect sounds?

I caress it
how cold to the touch!
Can’t be warmed by fire -
How odd is this plastic inside me!

Then
only I realize
it is not plastic after all
Fleets
a single word
through my mind

Crystal.

Now, I understand.
Now, I accept.
Now, I handle with care.

Maybe you are a crystal too?
Or a wood?
It's alright what you're made of
it's what you leave behind that counts.

Dearest,
What are you made of?

but I beg thee
do not force bend
a hard soul like me.

Fire

I start to figure out
there is this art to life -
that is;
you're always constantly broken
and mended again.
Every single time a lil bit stronger,
a lil bit wiser than before.

What we're afraid of,
maybe, all this time, is to fail
and have people know that you do.
But failing is humane
It is neither an unforgivable shame
nor a permanent disgrace -
as long as we learn
and adjust to evade equally severe burn.

We need those fire sometimes:
the ones that burn you but don't kill you.
What doesn't kill you makes you stronger
teaches you wiser
and hopefully, molds you softer.

Feel blessed to fall into a fire.
Because fire tests
and fire purifies.
And dear, there's no shame at all
in making it out of a fire alive.

Text Book Recommendations for Biomedic 3

Hello!

It's been quite a long time since the last time I wrote. I am now a 4th semester medical student in Tarumanagara Unversity, Jakarta, Indonesia. Today I am sharing about the books required for Biomedic 3, the 4th block in Tarumanagara Medical Faculty (each semester consists of 3 blocks, meaning the 4th block is the beginning of the 2nd semester). This is especially made for my juniors, the batch 2014. Hopefully this will be useful for you.

So if I'm not mistaken, Biomedic 3 consists of several major topics (let me know if I missed any):
1) Pharmacology
2) Parasitology
3) Anatomical Pathology
4) Microbiology

This was one of the most plentiful blocks (plentiful in materials; and allocated study time). I hope this post may help you prepare yourselves better, because last year at these times I was also hunting for books, and boy ain't it hard to find these books.

BM 3 is the block in which I bought the most books: I got myself 6 books. Well, you don't have to buy all of them because not all of them are that useful. Here are some down the list:

1) PHARMACOLOGY (MUST BUY)

Name: Farmakologi dan Terapi FK UI Edisi 5
Author: Departemen Farmakologi dan Terapeutik FK UI
Publisher: Badan Penerbit FK UI

This is the book for Pharmacology study, not just in Biomedic 3, but throughout all the academic years. It is pretty thick in pages but it does not weight as heavy as it looks. The good thing about this book is it also explains the basic knowledge of pharmacology, not just about the medicines. It consists of many types of medications, such as antiallergen, antibiotics, antiviral, antihypertension, etc. It also provides some characteristic of the medicines. This has been proven fool-proof and very much useful.

Price: around Rp 70.000,00
Where I got it: the small shops aside Tarumanagara (in the campus-side alley)

Name: MIMS Petunjuk Konsultasi
Author: -
Publisher: BIP Gramedia

This is actually not a textbook, it is a medicine database. The doctor in charge of the block might want you to grab this (we did too, every one of us bought this book, but many of us bought the non-original ones since it is always changing every year. I got the non-original one too). It will be used as a medicine database for you to learn to make prescriptions. The non-original book isn't as good as the counterpart, obviously, but considering that this book is so quickly changed, I personally prefer to grab the non-original one for this block.

Price:
original: around Rp 150.000,00
non-original: around Rp 40.000,00
(well you decide which one to get)
Where I got it: since I got the non-ori, I got it in the campus-side alley. The ori is provided in Gramedia.

2) PARASITOLOGY (MUST BUY)

Name: Buku Ajar Parasitologi Kedokteran Edisi 4
Author: Departemen Parasitologi FK UI
Publisher: Badan Penerbit FK UI

This is the book for Parasitology study. From what we've been through, so many species on this book is actually included in the medical study materials, so please do give some investment and grab this book. It gives quite enough information about species origins, habitats, life cycles, hosts, infective stadiums, treatments, and eradication of parasites.

Price: around Rp 40.000,00
Where I got it: campus-side alley (but also provided in Kusuma. I recommend you get the original one, because the pages of the non-ori ones could fall apart - mine did)

3) ANATOMICAL PATHOLOGY (OPTIONAL)

Firstly, I got two books for this topic. The reason is simple: I don't know which one is more useful! Many seniors said Robbins is the good one, but the rest agreed that Buku Ajar Patologi Umum Sagung Seto is the more frequently used. Confused, I got them both, in the hope that they both will be proven useful in the future (don't follow my example).

Name: Robbins Basic Pathology
Author: Kumar, Abbas, Aster (I have no idea they are the same person or 3)
Publisher: Elsevier

So this is the first book that I got for anatomical pathology. If asked to choose this or the second one, I'll choose this one. Well, it is honestly more useful than the other pathology books I've read, because it is simple, and nicely written, and consists of many helpful graphs and pictures that I frequently put into my ppt slides. This is also useful in the following blocks. On the other hand, considering from the price, you might think again, since this is not a compulsory book, but if you really want to get a good book about anatomical pathology and basic pathology, this could do (another alternative that I've heard of is Harrison's Book of Pathology)

Price: around Rp 550.000,00
Where I got it: Kusuma bookstore

Name: Buku Ajar Patologi I (Umum) --> the one we use is the left one
Authors: -
Publisher: Sagung Seto

These are the second (set of) books I got for anatomical pathology. I don't understand why so many of my seniors recommended to get this book (I find no useful value of this book other than providing definitions and additions to my ppt slides). Well, it is quite useful in making slides, but that's it. I always ask a minimum of 8 seniors every start of block, asking about books, I still don't understand why so many of them recommend this (I don't like this book). But if you can find a good use of it, just like the other seniors do, then this book might be right for you.

Price:
around Rp 45.000,00 (the first book)
around Rp 170.000,00 (both books)
Where I got it: Sagung Seto shop @ Trisakti Medical Faculty, Campus B (just aside Sumber Waras hospital)

4) MICROBIOLOGY

I don't think this topic requires any book (I bought none). Just make sure you pay full attention every time laboratorium sessions come, and make sure to take notes and ask the lecturers when you don't understand the materials. Take pictures of the microscopic slides whenever allowed! That will save you.

So that is all. This is just my personal tips, and what is suitable for me may not be suitable for you, vice versa. So I recommend that you also ask the other seniors already going through BM 3, they could have better books and better tips. Goodluck in undergoing your 2nd semester, and God bless!

THE A BLOOD TYPE (FOOD & SPORT TYPE)

THE A TYPE

The A type lacks some enzymes that are required to digest animal proteins effectively. Therefore, they are not suggested to consume too much meat and poultry, for the excess materials undigested can be toxic and harmful to the body.

SPORTS WHICH ARE BENEFICIAL FOR A TYPE

Sports recommended for A type are those that creates full body health, clean respiratory system, and good immune system. They are fully encouraged to set a life style of regular sports, especially more to the relaxing and light-aerobic ones.

Steps toward effective sport:

1. Before aerobic practice, do some warm-ups (stretch and flexibility).
2. To fully obtain cardiovascular benefits for your body, practice till you reach a heart rate of 70% of your maximum capacity. After you reach the heart rate desired, keep practicing to maintain it for 20-30 minutes. Here's how you count your upper heart rate goal:
    a. Substract your age from 220. (for example, I am 18 years old. 220-18 = 202)
    b. Multiply the result by 0.7 (for example, mine is 202 x 0.7 = 141.4)
This is my upper heart rate goal.
3. End every aerobic session with some cooling-down activities for at least five minutes (stretch and relaxation).

Here are a list of sports ideal for the A blood type:

  1. Hatha Yoga, 40-50 minutes, 3-4 times per week
  2. Taichi, 40-50 minutes, 3-4 times per week
  3. Light aerobic, 40-50 minutes, 2-3 times per week
  4. Treadmill, 30 minutes, 2-3 times per week
  5. Pilates, 40-50 minutes, 3-4 times per week
  6. Weightlifting (2/3 - 4/5 kgs), 15 minutes, 2-3 times per week
  7. Stationary bike, 30 minutes, 2-3 times per week
  8. Swimming, 30 minutes, 2-3 times per week
  9. Striding (fast walking), 45 minutes, 2-3 times per week

Here's a list of food which are very beneficial for A type, and are highly suggested to consume in a regular basis:

   1. Soy-based food
   2. Cold water fish rich of oil (sardine)
   3. Linseed oil
   4. Olive oil
   5. Broccoli

And here are the list of food.

Some things to consider before we start the food list,

There are three categories dividing these foods. First, YES. Food in this category acts as a MEDICINE for your blood type, and can help fight diseases and improve your health greatly. Second, OKAY. "Okay" food serves as FOOD. They are not very beneficial, and may be consumed rarely/occasionally. Meanwhile, food in the category NO acts like POISON for your blood type, and therefore, should be avoided/better yet, not eaten at all.

Different dosage of food differs from each people type.
There are TWO general types of people:
  1. SECRETOR
  2. NON-SECRETOR

To see which one you are easily, check your earwax (kotoran telinga).
If it is wet, you are a SECRETOR.
If it is dry and sand-like, you are a NON-SECRETOR.
Later in the food list you may check the weekly portions you are allowed to eat in order to get the full benefits of the food you're having.

FYI: the food on this list are for general health advice, and are not meant to be substitutes for medicines or therapies. Also, in some cases, people may have their own bodily conditions that require them to consume more or less some kinds of food than the others. This should be consulted with doctors.

Goodluck in beginning a new good habit. Start off little by little. Increase the YES food one per week. Reduce the NO food one per week. You'll find yourself calmer, in more peace, and can endure bigger challenges day by day. You may also find your whole body working more properly, too.

Goodluck, thank you, and Godblessyou! :)
